The lung transplant social work team invites all lung transplant patients and caregivers (pre and post-transplant) to attend their monthly support group. It is very rewarding and comforting connecting with individuals who are experiencing similar medical journeys. The group meets on the second Monday of every month from 1 to 2:30 pm.
Please note: Our process has changed regarding attending the support group. The group will still utilize Penn Medicine’s BlueJeans platform, but a direct link to the group will be provided via My Penn Medicine within 24 hours prior to the group’s meeting time. All active transplant patients (pre and post) will receive this message with further instructions.
