Our RNs enjoy an environment where continuing education and professional development are encouraged. Nurses have a voice in our Shared Governance Councils and they have opportunities to enhance and to practice leadership skills. They hold an influence over their work environment and implement departmental and systemic changes to bring about positive outcomes.
