Join the 7th Annual Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5k – because everyone is a little bit Irish on St. Patrick's Day! This Shamrock Shuffle offers more than your typical 5K — after the run through historic Newtown, the shuffle continues with participating bars, restaurants, and shops offering specials and giveaways. All proceeds benefit A Love for Life, which has raised millions of dollars in funding for pancreatic cancer research at the Abramson Cancer Center.

Get Your Rear in Gear – Runway for a Cure & Booty Ball

This year's Get Your Rear in Gear is trading in their typical running and walking shoes to runway and dancing shoes! Join the Colon Cancer Coalition at Runway for a Cure & Booty Ball – a night celebrating eight colon cancer survivors as they take the runway. Enjoy cocktail hour, plated dinner, open bar, music, dancing, silent auction, donation appeal, and so much more!

Funds raised support colon cancer initiatives in the tri-state area.

Rubin Sugarman Ice Ice Philly

Join the Rubin Sugarman Foundation as they transform the iconic Franklin Institute in Philadelphia into an ice lounge & party to benefit the Abramson Cancer Center. The party will include hors d'oeuvres, dessert, ice bar and dancing! It also supports assistance funds at Penn that help alleviate the financial burden cancer can bring to patients and families.

Penn Dental Medicine's Oral Cancer Walk & 5K

The Oral Cancer Walk & 5K has been an annual tradition on Penn's campus since 2009. Organized entirely by Penn Dental students, their goal is to raise awareness about oral cancer through a variety of fundraising activities leading up to the annual race in April. On race day, after seeing all our runners and walkers through the finish line, Penn Dental provides free oral cancer screenings, educational programming from expert speakers, and of course, raffling off great prizes! 100% of the proceeds from fundraisers and the Walk/5K are donated to the Penn Dental Medicine Oral Cancer Fund which supports oral cancer research.

19th Annual Sandy Sprint the World

Starting at the steps of the beautiful Philadelphia Art Museum, join this community in raising funds for cancer research, inspiration, and hope! The Sandy Sprint is hosted by the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation, and features a 5K run/walk, survivorship ceremony, and more. Every year, thousands of participants walk, run, and raise funds for ovarian cancer research and programming, and to offer support to women and families touched by ovarian cancer.
