2022 Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5K

Join the sixth annual Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5k, because everyone is a little bit Irish on St. Patrick's Day! This Shamrock Shuffle offers more than your typical 5K — after the run through historic Newtown, the shuffle continues with participating bars, restaurants, and shops offering specials and giveaways. All proceeds benefit A Love for Life, which has raised millions of dollars in funding for pancreatic cancer research at the Abramson Cancer Center.

LUXE Pro Shop of Newtown and A Love for Life are teaming up for the second annual "Serving Up A Love for Life" Tennis Benefit. Taking place at the Northampton Tennis and Fitness Club, this event serves up more than just fitness and fun - 100% of the funds raised will be donated to pancreatic cancer research at Penn's Abramson Cancer Center.

Hosted by the Colon Cancer Coalition, Get Your Rear in Gear is a 5K run/ walk that support its mission of increasing screening and prevention of colorectal cancers. All funds raised for the event stay in the Greater Philadelphia region for cancer research, education, and patient care.

Now in its 14th year, join this dedicated group from the Cherry Hill/Voorhees, NJ area for their Run/Walk 4 Family and Friends with Cancer. People of all ages, and your pets, are invited to support an event that benefits people going through cancer in the local community, as well as cancer research efforts at the Abramson Cancer Center.

The Abramson Cancer Center is proud to support PanCAN PurpleStride Philadelphia. On April 30th, across the nation PanCAN will hold 59 PurpleStride events on the same day. This means more awareness and more funds to keep PanCAN's programs running so patients and families don't have to navigate pancreatic cancer alone. Proceeds benefit Penn Medicine's Division of Plastic Surgery and its dedicated efforts in helping women return to life with dignity and confidence after cancer.

Bringing Hope Home's 21st Annual Great Guys Dinner

Bringing Hope Home's 21st Annual Great Guys Dinner is a night for reflection and celebration of people from the BHH community, including this year's HOPE Nation game changers. Since Bringing Hope Home's inception in 2008, the organization has supported over 7,400 local families with over $8.8 million dollars in assistance — including many patients and families at Penn's Abramson Cancer Center.

Looking for an excuse to go to the Jersey Shore before the summer madness? Taking place at the Atlantic City Boardwalk, the 19th Annual Shirley Mae Run & Michael J. Walk will feature a 5K Run, a 2 Mile Walk, and a Kids' Fun 1 Mile Run. This fun-filled morning features inspirational Celebration of Survivors, fitness, and most importantly raises generous support for the cancer community with proceeds benefitting the Shirley Mae Breast Cancer Assistance Fund, the Michael J. Neustadter Pancreatic Cancer Fund, and Gilda's Club South Jersey.

Steps to Cure Sarcoma is a powerful community of patients, families, advocates, medical experts, and others working together to improve outcomes for people facing sarcomas.

Join this annual day of fun and raise funds that support a powerful collaborative research network between Abramson Cancer Center at Penn Medicine, the Penn Veterinary School, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The collective team across these sites are bringing their unique skills and research talents to help children, adults, and dogs with sarcoma.
