For 53 years, PPMC has hosted an Employee Recognition Ceremony to celebrate the hospital’s longest serving employees and their many accomplishments. But 2020 has rolled around, and it’s time to try something new!
Rather than waiting to honor all employee milestones at one annual gathering, staff will now be personally recognized closer to their anniversary date. Human Resources will notify managers each month about staff members celebrating a service anniversary, offering managers the opportunity to recognize their team members in a more meaningful way. Plus, with a large number of employees being recognized this year, a monthly gift distribution will streamline the process, making it a better experience for everyone. Each honoree will receive a certificate, a letter of gratitude from Michele Volpe, and instructions on how to redeem their gifts online.
