Penn Medicine Princeton Health was named a Workplace Wellness Hero in the 2022 Healthcare Heroes Awards presented in August by NJBIZ, an online and weekly print publication covering New Jersey’s business community.
Princeton Health was recognized for initiatives of the RN Wellness Committee, the Department of Religious Ministries, Human Resources, and mental health professionals to promote the physical and emotional well-being of staff members and providers during the pandemic.
Those efforts built on existing resources such as the Employee Assistance Program, the Wellfocused wellness and employee engagement program, and the Penn Medicine digital platform Penn COBALT, which provides access to mental health and wellness content.
