Congratulations to Pete Maclearie, LCSW (bottom left), Cai Yuan, MD (second from bottom left), and Aimee Mount, LAC, NCC (bottom right), who earned Employee of the Quarter awards from Princeton House Behavioral Health-Outpatient in 2021.
Princeton House recently hosted a virtual luncheon to honor them. The Employee of the Quarter Awards, a longtime employee engagement fixture at Princeton House, were on hold throughout the first year of the pandemic before resuming in the second quarter of 2021.
Call for Nominees
The Employee of the Quarter Awards are expanding in 2022. Both the inpatient campus and the outpatient programs will present separate awards each quarter to staff members who demonstrate:
- Exceptional customer service.
- Commitment to safety.
- Teamwork.
Honorees in each category will be nominated by their peers and then selected by a panel of senior leaders across Princeton House.
Nominees should display excellence in working with patients and colleagues and exemplify the Penn Medicine BE Standards: Compassionate; Present; Empowered; Collaborative; and Accountable.
