All employees on the Princeton Health medical plan — and any covered spouses — must complete a biometric screening by March 13, 2020 to receive the discounted payroll deduction.
The screening measures and passing results are:
- Blood Pressure:Less than 130/85
- Glucose:Less than 100
- Waist Circumference: Females, ≤ 35 inches; males, ≤ 40 inches
- HDL:Females, ≥ 50; males, ≥ 40
- Triglycerides:Less than 150
Employees who do not achieve passing results on at least three of the five measures must complete three calls with a healthy lifestyle coach by March 27, 2020. (NOTE: Spouses are not required to complete the calls.)
