Princeton Medical Center (PMC) was recognized as a Best Regional Hospital in central New Jersey and rated high performing in hip replacement, knee replacement, and treating heart failure in the 2019-2020 Best Hospitals ratings published by U.S. News & World Report.
It was the fifth consecutive year that PMC earned all of those designations in the annual U.S. News ratings, which are based on data related to clinical outcomes and patient safety, as well as indicators such as patient satisfaction surveys and whether a hospital holds Magnet® recognition, the highest institutional recognition available for nursing excellence.
“Congratulations and thank you to our physicians, staff and volunteers,” said Barry S. Rabner, President and CEO of Penn Medicine Princeton Health. “Recognition like this is the result of the compassionate and collaborative care everyone in our organization provides to our patients every day.”
PMC was ranked the No. 11 hospital in New Jersey and No. 26 among all hospitals in the entire New York metropolitan region.
