Stop The Bleed

Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign intended to give individuals the training and tools they need to provide aid and control severe bleeding until professional help arrives. Barbara Vaning, MHA, EMT instructor with Princeton Health Community Wellness, will lead the discussion.

 

Heart Health and Stroke

Learn how to lower your risk for heart attack and stroke at this invaluable program led by Philip Tran, RN-BSN, stroke coordinator with Princeton Medical Center. Topics will include prevention methods, heart conditions that can lead to a stroke, the early warnings signs of a stroke and when to seek medical attention.

 

Mindfulness to Reduce Stress During the Holidays

The holidays can be a stressful time of the year, when countless obligations can leave one feeling overwhelmed. Join Carolyn Schindewolf, health educator with Community Wellness, to learn mindfulness techniques that can help manage stress and bring calm to the season.
