Your gift to Penn Homecare and Hospice Services helps us provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in need. Every gift helps.
Penn Wissahickon Hospice provides compassionate care for patients with life-limiting conditions. We recognize that there is more to the patient than physical needs and comforts. Our experienced staff ministers not only to the symptoms of the illness, but also to the patient's emotional and spiritual concerns, helping both our patients and their loved ones with the challenges that come with death and dying.
To cover the cost of comprehensive care for all of our patients Penn Wissahickon Hospice relies on generous gifts from individuals, community organizations, foundations and corporations. You can make a contribution by calling (215) 898-0578. Checks and money orders should be made payable to The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania referencing "Hospice" on the memo line of the check. Checks and money orders should be mailed to:

Wall of Remembrance
In Our Hearts Forever
The "In Our Hearts Forever" Wall of Remembrance at Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse is located on the 6th floor at 1800 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA.
This beautiful 6' x 8' art display comes from the work of California–based artist Nicholas Wilton. All are welcome to designate one of the hand–painted leaves that are individually engraved in memory of a loved one. The cost of this lasting memorial is $1,000 per leaf.
Proceeds from the "In Our Hearts Forever" Wall directly support Penn Wissahickon Hospice. Thank you on behalf of all the families who will benefit from these funds raised in memory of so many loved ones.
