Convenient virtual visits for the whole family
Penn Medicine primary care providers (PCPs) and family medicine providers throughout our health system and pediatricians (in the greater Lancaster area) support your whole family’s health. We understand you’re busy and getting to the doctor’s office can be a challenge. That’s why, for many concerns, we can see you virtually.
We use telehealth to care for hundreds of patients every day. Talk to your PCP or child’s pediatrician to determine if a virtual doctor visit is right for you.
Am I eligible for a telehealth visit?
A virtual primary care provider or pediatrician visit may work for you or a loved one who needs non-emergency care. We can securely see you via video on your tablet, smartphone, or desktop.
You may be eligible for a virtual visit with a Penn Medicine provider if you:
- Don’t need imaging or laboratory services
- Have health insurance that covers online doctor visits
- Live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland
- Need treatment for a common illness with mild symptoms
