Your Virtual First Primary Care team can see you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When you request an online appointment, we schedule your visit the same day or within 24 hours, so you get the care you need as quickly as possible.
Our team gives you the expert answers and reassurance you need. Securely message your care team Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During business hours, a member of your care team will respond within four hours, so you're never left uncertain about your health.
We offer virtual primary care, health education, and disease management to people of all ages in the greater Lancaster area. Your provider sees you at one of our clinics for well-child exams, annual physicals, and other health concerns that need in-person attention.

After you sign up for Virtual First Primary Care services, you can schedule a video visit by logging onto MyLGHealth or by messaging the VFPC team. You must be in Pennsylvania during your video visit.
When you become a Virtual First Primary care patient, you will be able to message your care team in the MyLGHealth app. Our team responds to messages within four hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Our virtual first primary care providers are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may speak to a nurse after hours by calling 717-627-7696 and select the option to be transferred.
If you have a non-emergency primary care need after hours, you may use Penn Medicine OnDemand for a virtual appointment. PMOD offers virtual primary care services 24/7/365. Lancaster General Health Urgent Care is also an option for in-person care.

The Virtual First Primary Care team becomes your PCP. If your previous PCP is a part of the Lancaster General Health system, we can easily access your medical records.
