COVID-19 Milestone — Vaccinations Underway at Princeton Health

Tisha Payne, BSN, RN, a nurse in the Emergency Department at Princeton Medical Center receives a COVID-19 vaccination.Tisha Payne, BSN, RN, a nurse in the Emergency Department, and David Herman, MD, hospital epidemiologist at Princeton Medical Center (PMC), were the first Princeton Health staff members to be vaccinated against COVID-19 when the vaccine was delivered to the hospital campus on December 17. Also vaccinated the first day were physicians, nurses, technicians, and others who have frequent contact with patients, such as Environmental Services staff. The vaccine has now been offered to all Princeton Health staff and medical staff members. Staff members are encouraged to receive the vaccine as a way to safeguard themselves and our patients.
