Getting around the Penn Presbyterian campus
The Red Coat Ambassadors provide maps, wayfinding guidance, patient and visitor escorts, wheelchair and walking support, and general information about the hospital to patients and visitors. Find an Ambassador at the welcome desk in the lobby on the ground floor and throughout Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
Visitors to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center's Level 1 Trauma Center should enter through the hospital's main entrance on Myrin Circle between Filbert Street and Poweltown Avenue. The Trauma Center is in the hospital's Pavilion for Advanced Care.
The emergency entrance is on Poweltown Avenue just west of 38th Street.

Amenities
The Penn Presbyterian chaplain can be reached Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by calling 215-662-9490. In an emergency or during evenings and weekends, the chaplain can be paged through the hospital operator.
The McCahan Chapel and a Muslim prayer room, both located off the Wright-Saunders Lobby, are open 24 hours a day for meditation.
Lori’s Gift Shop is on the first floor of the Wright-Saunders building above the main entrance. The shop offers flowers, balloons, snacks, gift items, toiletries and more.

The pharmacy at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center dispenses prescriptions for patients and employees of Penn Medicine. It is located on the 1st Floor of the Cupp building.
