- Traditional check-in: Complete Pre Check-in steps before your visit and stop by the registration desk to check in for your appointment when you arrive.

With mobile arrival, you can complete the check-in steps online before arriving at your doctor's office, often saving a trip to the front desk or cutting down on the amount of time you spend there.

The mobile arrival process is easy to use and is available for most visits. Here's what to expect:

You will receive an invitation to complete the Pre Check-In process online before your appointment.
- On the day of your appointment, you will receive a notification on your mobile device. It will contain a prompt that asks you to confirm that you have arrived at your doctor's office.
