Woman Kissing Baby

Coronavirus Information from Penn Obstetrics

Obstetrical providers across the health system have been working from the beginning of the pandemic to make sure that we are able to continue to provide care to our patients that is personal, based on good science, and meets the high standards we have for care at Penn. We have many processes in place to make sure the birth of your child is safe and special.

Appointments and Procedures: How We're Keeping You Safe

At Penn Medicine, our highest priority is making sure you get the care you need, when you need it, in the safest way possible.

We have safety protocols for in-person appointments and procedures. We are continually evaluating patient care to improve treatment and reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

We also have answers to frequently asked questions about COVID-19 and pregnancy, vaccination, breastfeeding, and how you can help keep your baby safe.
