Elderly home health patient using Telehealth tablet

If you are a new or existing patient with Parkinson's or a movement disorder and find it difficult to see a provider in person, our virtual visit program may be right for you. Penn Connected Care is a telemedicine program that connects you directly to our Penn medical experts via laptop, tablet or phone; from the convenience of your home, work or wherever you may be.

Eligible patients can have a virtual visit with their established Penn neurologist in place of an in-office follow-up, including discussion of current symptoms, physical exam and treatment recommendations.

Services & Eligibility

  • Virtual visit between patient and provider.
  • This service is available to patients with conditions that are stable and do not require in-person evaluations. Talk to your provider to determine eligibility.

Not all Penn Medicine providers offer telemedicine services. Please contact your provider to determine if he/she participates and check back periodically as more providers are being added monthly.
