ACE Study

Accessing Cancer Concerns at the End of Treatment

The ACE (Accessing Cancer Concerns at the End of Treatment) study is offered to all patients who have completed primary treatment for non-metastatic breast cancer. The project involves a questionnaire where patients report symptoms and concerns, quality of life and health behaviors after completion of initial treatment.

The research study is online. Participants report concerns and symptoms they experience after their breast cancer treatment is completed via an online portal.

We provide a personalized care plan, as well as referrals to other providers and specialty resources. This project is also intended to provide the foundation necessary to better understand, prevent, and ameliorate problems, issues, and concerns that arise in the post-treatment period that are reported by breast cancer survivors.

You may be eligible for the ACE study if:

  • Your breast cancer treatment was completed within the past five years (may still be receiving hormone therapy)
