Perelman Center visitor policies
Doctor’s office visits
We have policies and guidelines to help make sure you receive high-quality care in a safe, respectful, and dignified environment. Our guidelines may change in response to increases in COVID cases or other respiratory illnesses in our region.
Please review our Code of Conduct, safety information, and visitor guidelines, which cover masking, visitation, and service dogs and emotional support animals in our facilities.
Children visitors
- All visiting children must be supervised by an adult (other than the patient or healthcare team) at all times.
- Children must uphold a safe, quiet, and calm environment for all our patients.
Bringing oxygen to your appointment
Effective Monday, Jan. 12, 2026
If you use oxygen, please bring your home supply with you to your visit. If you need oxygen while you’re in the Perelman Center, you may request a tank at your doctor’s office.
For your safety, please note:
- Oxygen tanks will no longer be given out at the front entrance and must stay inside the building.
- Be sure to bring enough oxygen to get home safely from your appointment.
- Oxygen tanks must be transported in a wheelchair with a holder or on a tank roller.
