Getting to Doylestown Hospital

Get directions to Doylestown Hospital.

Doylestown Hospital offers several convenient surface parking lots and a covered parking garage on its campus.

After-hours garage parking

If you arrive in the garage after 7 p.m. during the week or any time on the weekend you can still access the hospital via the ArtWalk.

Here’s how it works:

1. After you park, look for the entrance to the hospital that says ArtWalk
2. Take the elevator to the Ground Floor (Press the button that says “ArtWalk”)
3. When you get off the elevator, look to your left and you will see closed doors. To the right of those closed doors, you will see a phone and callbox on the wall.
4. On the callbox, press “Contacts.”
5. When a menu appears, choose the department you are visiting to call the department.
6. Someone in the department will answer the call and allow you onto the ArtWalk.

Parking lots

Doylestown Hospital patients and visitors can park in one of our surface lots free of charge.

Parking garage

Patients and visitors can park in the Doylestown Hospital parking garage for $3 per day.

Visitors can access all areas of Doylestown Hospital via the underground ArtWalk, which connects the ground level of the parking garage with the ground level of the hospital.

Pay stations accept cash and credit cards and are at the ground floor exit of the ArtWalk and at the first level exit of the parking garage (nearest to the Emergency Department). Exit gates only accept credit cards.

The best place to park depends on what area of the hospital you are visiting.

Outpatient testing or same-day services

• The first floor of the parking garage is for patients only. Patients using services on the ground floor of Doylestown Hospital, including MRI, Morel Family Foundation Center for Prenatal Care, and the Clark Center for Breast Imaging, are encouraged to park on the first floor of the parking garage.
• Patients getting outpatient testing or same-day services should use the Main Hospital/Main Lobby entrance.
• You may drop a passenger off and continue to one of the parking areas or the parking garage.
• When using the parking garage, take the elevator to the ground floor and use the ArtWalk that connects the garage to the main hospital building. Take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. The ArtWalk is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. After-hours visitors can use the callbox on the ground floor of the parking garage to request access to the ArtWalk.
• The shortest route between the parking garage and the Main Lobby is to exit the garage at the first level and use the outside walkway to the Main Lobby.
• Accessible parking is available directly next to the Main Hospital/Main Lobby entrance and the Emergency Department entrance.

Clark Center for Breast Imaging

• The Clark Center for Breast Imaging is in the ArtWalk of the hospital.
• Parking for the Clark Center is available in the parking garage.
• When using the parking garage, take the elevator to the ground floor and use the ArtWalk that connects the garage to the main hospital building. The ArtWalk is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. After-hours visitors can use the callbox on the ground floor of the parking garage to request access to the ArtWalk.

Emergency department

• The emergency department is next to Doylestown Hospital's main entrance.
• You may drop a passenger off and continue to one of the parking areas or the parking garage.
• When using the parking garage, take the elevator to the ground floor and use the ArtWalk that connects the garage to the main hospital building. Take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and follow the signs to the ER Lobby. The ArtWalk is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. After-hours visitors can use the callbox on the ground floor of the parking garage to request access to the ArtWalk.
• The shortest route between the parking garage and the ER lobby is to exit the garage at the first level and use the outside walkway to the main entrance of the ER.
• Accessible parking is available next to the ER.

The Pavilion

• Free valet service is available for those going to medical offices or the Cancer Institute.
• There is also parking (including accessible parking) for Pavilion patients in front of the Pavilion.

Clark Outpatient Rehabilitation Center (in the Ambulatory Center) 

• Parking is available in the lot behind the Ambulatory Center or in the lot across the street from the Ambulatory Center (there are spaces indicated for Rehab Patients).
• Parking is also available in the parking garage.

Pre-Admission Testing* (in the Ambulatory Center) 

• Parking is available in the lot behind the Ambulatory Center or in the lot across the street from the Ambulatory Center.
• Parking is also available in the parking garage.

*Cardiac Pre-Admission Testing is in the Cardiovascular and Critical Care Pavilion; enter through the Gorsky Atrium.

Visiting a Patient

• Patient rooms in the 200, 300 or 400 series can be accessed through the Main Lobby.
• Patient rooms in the 2100 series can be accessed through the Main Lobby or the Emergency Department.
• Patient rooms in the 2200 series are located in the Woodall Center for Heart and Vascular Care and can be accessed through the Gorsky Atrium or from inside the Main Hospital.

Emergency department

The emergency department entrance is open 24/7.

If you arrive at the hospital after hours for other departments, please use the emergency department entrance.

Main lobby

The main lobby entrance is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Shindell Concourse

The Shindell Concourse entrance is open 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Gorsky Atrium entrance

The Gorsky Atrium entrance is open 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Pavilion Bridge

The Pavilion Bridge entrance is open 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

ArtWalk

The ArtWalk entrance is open 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.

After-hours appointments for MRI, Breast Imaging and Prenatal Testing, can access the ArtWalk by using the callbox on the ground floor of the parking garage.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria entrance is open 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.
