Lancaster General Health giving societies

Giving Societies at Lancaster General Health

The Lancaster General Health Foundation has three unique giving societies: the Chairman’s Circle, the 1893 Society, and the Women’s Giving Circle. Each was created to celebrate the extraordinary contributions of individuals and couples who are committed to advancing the health and well-being of our community. You can learn more about these societies below.

Women’s Giving Circle

The Women’s Giving Circle is dynamic group of donors interested in improving the health and well-being of women and children by collectively investing in initiatives and programs at LG Health. Annual membership gifts are pooled and awarded to LG Health projects based on votes from the group’s members. Each member of the Giving Circle makes an annual gift, and members are invited to social and educational activities throughout the year. Join the Women’s Giving Circle today.

1893 Society

Named after the year Lancaster General Hospital was founded, the 1893 Society celebrates individuals and couples who have included a gift to LG Health in their future plans. This includes gifts like bequests, life income gifts, or other deferred giving options that help ensure quality health care for generations to come. If you have included LG Health in your estate plans, please contact us so we can document how you would like your gift to be designated. Learn more about planned giving options
