Web Requests

All requests are subject to approval and will be fulfilled in the order that they are received, considering impact and competing priorities.

Digital Requests

Use this form to request a campaign landing page, a new webpage, suggest edits to existing pages, or submit requests for redirects or vanity URLs on PennMedicine.org. We've merged several previous forms into this new, centralized form. This form serves as the starting point for routing and reviewing website requests. Submissions will be reviewed by the Digital Program Manager and directed to the appropriate content or production teams. We aim to reduce processing time for routine and operational requests by using standardized workflows, while improving visibility and communication across teams.

Note on prioritization: Requests that affect patient access to care (e.g., closed locations, provider availability, urgent operational updates) will be prioritized first, followed by technical bugs. Cosmetic changes and new feature requests will be considered after critical issues are addressed. This is an iterative and evolving process, and your feedback is essential.
