Penn Medicine is the only center in the U.S. to research the effect of laser therapy on vaginal tissue to treat conditions like vaginal atrophy. We have used laser therapy for more than 10 years to improve elasticity, muscle tone, and scar tissue.
We’re also the only center in the New Jersey region to offer two laser options: MonaLisa Touch (CO2 laser) and diVa (a combination of erbium and YAG lasers). Our providers offer these laser therapies in our New Jersey locations.
These state-of-the-art laser systems and other advanced technologies enable us to provide individualized treatments for optimal results.
Our urogynecology team actively participates in clinical research to advance the field of pelvic health. We are one of just a few research sites across the country that belong to the Pelvic Floor Disorders Network. Our research and clinical trials keep us at the forefront of pelvic medicine so we can help more people find relief.
Our Center for Pelvic Wellness offers comprehensive care for pelvic disorders at our New Jersey locations. The Center treats adults and children aged seven and older. We specialize in:
