Oculoplastic and orbital surgery, also known as oculofacial or ophthalmic plastic surgery, focuses on the delicate tissues around the eyes, including the eyelids, eye socket (orbit), tear ducts, and surrounding facial structures. These specialized procedures are performed to restore function, repair damage from injury or disease, and enhance appearance.
