About me

Zachary Rodgers, MD, PhD, specializes in interventional and structural cardiology. He offers integrated treatment approaches for patients with coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and valve disease using the latest techniques. These include minimally invasive alternatives to open heart surgery, such as TAVR and MitraClip.

Dr. Rodgers received his Medical Doctorate (MD) at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also completed residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional and Structural Cardiology. Dr. Rodgers holds additional board certifications in Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Rodgers has extensive basic science and clinical research experience. He obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is passionate about using his training as a physician-scientist to provide cutting-edge, evidence-based, and compassionate care for his community.
