i would certainly recommend dr bunya who is seeking a doctor for any optical issues.

she seems like she care about her patients.

the provider was very knowledgeable and helpful.

very informative, knew just what to do, i was very comfortable

dr. bunya is terrific. very attentive and explains well.

she was professional and thorough. overall really great

i waited 2 hours before i saw the doctor.

appt time 8:45. asked to be here 8:30. was there until 10:30. unacceptable. i was late for an important meeting.

everything went well except the waiting time

would have liked not to wait 6 minths to see a retina expert.

i've been seeing dr. bunya for years. i feel the care has been great and helps me understand my condition and treatment. plan

very limited communication unless asked specific questions. when asked about preventative measures only suggested things a lay person would already know. when asked about prognosis, only stated we'll see you in 6 months. waited over 1:15 for 6 minutes face to face time.

i feel dr bunya has my best interests in mind.

she's a very good doctor, caring and concerning always asking about your health.

i have been cared for by dr. bunya for many years. i feel confident that she is maintaining a watchful eye on my optic nerve and will be proactive should the condition become worse.

she was great and friendly and took a real interest in my concerns

she is a skilled clinician. works well to take charge of the case load which impacts in positive ways on patients having to wait longer than needed.

dr. bunya apologized for the wait and she was concerned about how my eyes were. she allowed me to ask questions and was thorough in her answers.

there should be written information on how to access your ophthalmology provider for urgent matters so that it is not up to the patient to ask for this specific information.

we didn't have enough time to spend with her yo know well her capability.

dr. bunya clearly cares about her patients. she is always kind and respectful. she also is extremely knowledgeable. she is able to explain complex eye issues clearly and concisely.

again very welcoming doctor and great experience today.

provider was very thorough and provided detailed information regarding procedures, results and diagnosis

it was late almost 1 hour. not apologizing to patient, instead of asking me to make appointment next time at least 1.5 hour between next appointment ( i had another appointment 1 hour after this appointment). i did not complain about the late . i already told next appointment front desk that i might be late.
