Zero introduction. Didn't introduce himself or say my name at all. Seemed like I was just another patient, didn't really seem to care about why I was in.

He is friendly, knowledgable, professional and patient-focused.

Provider did not review my medical history before entering the room. Provider recommended a procedure that I had already received. Provider recommended speaking to a surgeon who I've already spoken to. Provider did not believe me when I said that I had already received the procedure and spoken to the surgeon in question. Provider did not believe me when I related what advice the surgeon had shared with me. Provider seemed to be ignorant of the condition I suffer from, did not request clarification. Provider seemed enthusiastic about recommending unnecessary medical testing, even though the provider admitted that it was unnecessary. Provider was enthusiastic about providing commentary on the diagnosis of other physicians without any context, as was obvious not only by the comments themselves, but also the provider's lack of knowledge about my case and medical history when the visit started.
