My primary clinical role is to take care of hospitalized patients, but I have an additional quality improvement role that is focused on the safe and effective administration of anticoagulants. In this latter role, I serve as the Medical Director of the Anticoagulation Management Center which provides anticoagulation monitoring services to our outpatient population.
