crnp thomas alne was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient with my mother who has dementia.

my visit was reassuring, important in cardiac care.

thomas is good not only on technical skill but have a caring heart!

he answered all my questions clearly and understandingly

i had to wait almost 45 minutes after my appointment was due and the nurse practitioner that waited on me was good he was just fast and it just went faster than the time that i had to wait

made sure we left with a good understanding of what we went through

i feel that mr. alne has an ability to connect with patients on their own level, without being condescending in any way.

thomas was very attentive and he found that i was taking the same medication from two different bottles that no one else found. he has great listening ear and great bedside manner. he took his time with me and show compassion and concerns..
