clearly, dr. foley is extremely intelligent and well-versed in his specialty, yet he is an excellent listener and communicator. welcoming, funny, human.

we felt dr. foley had our best interest at heart and didn't just go for open heart surgery, but looked at all procedures applicable and choose to go with a lest evasive procedure before jumping into a big surgury.
