she took the time to truly listen and understand my concerns. i felt respected and supported throughout the appointment, without any sense of judgment or shame. her reassurance made me feel comfortable and confident in the care i was receiving. by the end of the visit, i felt that real progress had been made, with clear goals and a plan in place for moving forward if needed. her compassion, professionalism, and expertise made the experience extremely positive.
