Scott M. Blore, MD

I grew up in Bucks County and graduated from the Central Bucks School District. I am board-certified in Family and Geriatric medicine with a background in both academia and community medicine settings. I pride myself on delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to my patients at Plumsteadville Family Practice (where I've practiced since 2004), as well as at Doylestown Hospital. I serve in several roles within Doylestown Healthcare Partnership (focusing on optimizing population health) including a position on the Management Committee, acting as the co-director of the Informatics Committee, and serving as a co-medical director representing primary care physicians. I am also serving as the Associate Program Director of Doylestown Health's first medical residency program in Family Medicine to begin in July 2023. My professional interests include academic medicine, practice management, population health, healthcare informatics, and electronic health records. My personal interests include ice hockey, road cycling, Philadelphia sports, and spending time with family.
