sandra was very kind and understood may needs

she seemed to know what i needed and what my complaint was

she interrupted me within 10 seconds of starting to tell her what my issues were. i was forced to say to her directly please you need to listen to what i'm trying to tell you. i found myself having to argue with her about whether my symptoms which include leg weakness acute urinary urgency and a positive rhomberg sign would indicate the possibility of a spinal cord compression. i told her that if i as an er doctor had seen a patient like myself in the er. i would not have sent them home without a ct scan. and her answer was well then you should go sit in the emergency room. no compassion, no understanding and absolutely terrible terrible bedside manner.

i was able to ask questions, and have answers i could understand.
