i felt she did not listen to me. i waited 10 months for this appointment and was hoping to get a good assessment and plan. when i mentioned things have not worked in the past, she ordered it anyway. she wanted to start medications without knowing or caring what was wrong with me. disappointed.

it was a very impersonal experience. she seemed uninterested, didn't give any real options or suggestions on how to move forward. i asked about tmj , could that be a reason for headaches and she said maybe. she did not refer me to another neurologist or help me any further.

one problem is that we couldn't schedule another appointment in 6 months but only in 8. this is too long.

saw initially for serious condition. doctor told me she wanted to see me within 4 months. they would not give me a return appointment for 7 months. they insisted i would get in earlier. waited 7 months. if u can't take care of the patients u have then u are not giving appropriate care. i have the right to expect a level of care appropriate for my illness. when i complained nothing was done.
