almost 5 years ago, dr. janarthanan detected a major medical problem that needed immediate attention. she called me early one morning to discuss my test results with me. she recommended an excellent specialist and told me to make an appointment for that same day. in the meantime, she called the specialist's office and asked them to call me. the specialist's patient navigator called me later that same morning and scheduled an appointment for me to see the specialist in the early afternoon of that same day! i can't even tell you how much i appreciated that! dr. janarthanan saved my life!
