dr. hernandez was highly knowledgeable, capable, and professional and delivered on everything he said he could do

he was pleasant and willing to talk, listen and answer questions.

i posted a google review under him dr hernandez it's length so you can read it. his bedside manner stunk. he basically let me walk out of the office. crying literally told me walk down the hall and make a left. exit told me there's nothing he can do for me and a wheelchair is probably going to be inevitable. not not the manner that deserved. the whole visit took less than five minutes. never introduced himself to me for all i know he could've been to janitor so that's where it's been.

first impressions are always important and i felt secure.
