this was my third time to see dr. brody, and for three times in a row it was more than an hour past my appointment time that i got a chance to see him. this cluster of data points tells me that there is some kind of process dysfunction going on. dr. brody says that it's hard to keep to schedule when dealing with cancer diagnoses. noted, but my previous provider, with whom i had more than a dozen appointments, was never more than 10 minutes late. and he deals in the exact same treatment space.
