my dr was late today bc of traffic, which i understand it happens, im late all the time but not to dr appointments bc i know the schd is tight. i felt like she was rushing through my visit. i understand she was trying to catch up so i don't think it would prevent me from seeing her again, it just wasn't the best interaction.

the wait time to be seen by the provider needs to be improved. i had an appointment scheduled for 1:15 but i did not get seen until 2:30. not sure if it was just busy or if the provider was overbooked. but waiting to be seen was definitely unprofessional for me.

i like dr. mehta a lot as a person and she's clearly bright but my appts always feel dismissive, like she knows the agenda and has already made up her mind before she's heard my concern. it's likely more an issue with time and provider quotas and just the way healthcare has become but it's not effective or healthy. you wait months for the appt and then you don't feel heard. seems like a waste of time and money everytime i come.
