the waiting time is excruciating, i was at office 3:05 (as requested) for my 3:20 appointment and i didn't get into office until 4:00pm and another 10-15 mins inside and i have to poke my head out and happened to see the doc coming out of the room so i asked her if she can hurry as i was way delayed for my other things
