Dr. Li is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who is board-certified in plastic surgery and fellowship-trained in microvascular reconstruction. His clinical practice focuses on DIEP flap breast reconstruction, head-to-toe reconstruction, microvascular reconstruction, and aesthetic surgery. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Dr. Li completed a residency in plastic surgery at the University of California San Diego Health and a fellowship in microvascular reconstruction at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. 

His research interests include health system optimization and health advocacy.
