while i rate their service and care highly, today's waiting time for my appointment was 2 hours which is rare and unacceptable.

rachael shows detailed knowledge of gi issues while also being compassionate

i wasn't sure if my incision was properly healing so the recheck was really appreciated

the appointment was sprung on me with only 90 minutes notice. then i received a barrage of texts from penn about a video visit scheduled within 15 minutes (?). i'm not even actually sure why i had this appointment as everything was reviewed at my pre-op qppt. the questions i asked about my upcoming surgery were largely responded to with, &quot;you'll have to bring that up when you arrive for surgery&quot;.

she was very easy-going and answered all of my questions!
