i chose 5 because i would absolutely recommend her to others. she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. i felt respected, never rushed, and confident in her expertise. she made a difficult medical situation much easier to navigate, and that level of care is something i would gladly recommend to anyone.
