one thing that stood out to me was how comfortable and safe she made me feel while discussing difficult postpartum concerns. she listened with patience and empathy, validated my experiences, and offered practical, thoughtful guidance. i never felt judged or brushed off. her caring approach and willingness to really hear me made the appointment feel personal rather than rushed, and that meant a lot during such an emotional time.
