the provider is consistently late for practically every visit i have had with her. i am expected to log in 15 minutes prior to appointment time and had to wait for the appointment to begin. i logged in around 2:20 for a 2:30 appointment and she didn't get on until almost 2:45 spent five to ten minutes and then appointment was over. she told me how wonderful things look when in actuality there were many nights i didn't even wear the mask throughout the night nor was i even able to sleep through the whole night.
