Meet Dr. Brant

Jason A. Brant, MD is a board certified otologist/neurotologist and Assistant Professor at Penn Medicine. He has clinical expertise in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the ear and lateral skull base including hearing loss, cholesteatoma, vertigo, glomus tumors, and vestibular schwannoma. He has particular interest in hearing restoration, regularly performs cochlear implants and is approved to perform auditory brainstem implants. 

Dr. Brant has numerous peer reviewed publications and is developing a translational research program for implantable hearing devices between the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia VAMC. He also has an interest in big data analysis, outcomes, and disparities research. Dr. Brant sees patients at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VAMC in Philadelphia.
