Basic science: Role of intracellular calcium dysregulation on neuronal apoptosis, autophagy and neurodegenration in neurodegenerative diseases, especially in Alzheimer's Disease. Mechanisms of anesthesia mediated neurotoxicity and neurodegeneration, especially in the developing brains and in Alzheimer's disease.
