as i said, made to feel comfortable when dealing with a colo-rectal condition.

dr listened and answered all of my questions

i think dr. pettke is the epitome of a physician every physician should strive to be!!!

i have had several issues with getting help with my medical issues. it feels like the doctor is afraid to move forward with surgery when that's the only real option here. i felt like i had to be the one to request to move forward with fixing me.

i had full explanation of my diagnosis, past medical hx, future tx plans and continuing follow up care.

doc goes above and beyond for patients. she listens intently and has amazing knowledge. one of the best consistent providers that i've had in my lifetime.

friendly, professional, and i was not rush through the discussion

dr. pettke is the best doctor at penn medicine. while i was in the waiting room to see dr. pettke, i ran into and spoke with several patients who raved about dr. pettke's professionalism and outstanding personality. i knew then that i was in good hands and without concerns.

outside of feeling heard and acknowledged. dr. pettke knows what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable as well.

because she was very professional very nice and she answered all my questions and most importantly she made me feel comfortable

visit itself was long. however worth it. dr was really great in all areas. she provided education as well as reassurance.

i waited an hour to see my provider. the appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and i did not see the doctor until 11:30. this is ridiculous and unacceptable.

wait time was excessive at 1 hour and 45 minutes. provider was only with me for maybe a total of 5 minutes. no explanation/apology for delay in being seen.

she gave me confidence that everything is okay and if i have any problems, call and make an appointment to see her. thank you

im happy that dr pettke got the results of diagnostic enema and told me results same day
