the provider didn't use all the headphones / tests which he should be using for evaluation. i would not have known but my wife also had a hearing test at the same time with different provider. when we discussed about our experience, i realized that my doctor didn't use couple of headphones (one which fully covers the ears and one medium headphones) and thus not fully evaluating my hearing. i believe due to this my report may be wrong.
