dr. ford gave us a well-defined plan for the surgery, the team kept us informed up until the date of the surgery. the day of the surgery they focused on my son's needs, and walked us through the procedure. dr. ford answered all of our questions and concerns and made us comfortable about the surgery. and provided adequate follow up support.
